Paddington Terraces (In Progress)

This pair of Victorian terrace houses is located in the heritage conservation area of Paddington in inner Sydney. The heritage component is nuanced and sympathetic to the original architecture. The extensive rear intervention opens up the east-west axis, flanked by a verdant rear garden and palm tree. The result is volumetric grandeur, natural light and green site lines. The homes are characterised by a seamless flow of space, classical and contemporary motifs, bespoke fixtures and fittings. (2022-)
